MIRAI Power is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop growth opportunities across European energy markets. You will combine market intelligence, commercial insight and strategic thinking to shape market entry strategies and drive innovative business models.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your experience to build partnerships, assess technologies, and lead growth initiatives across the energy transition landscape.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in consulting, utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure or project development.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, commercial drivers and emerging business models.
• Experience with BESS is highly desirable; exposure to data centres, LDES or co-location projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
