MIRAI Power is seeking a Tax & Corporate Structuring Manager (m/f/d) to design and implement tax-efficient corporate structures supporting Europe-wide growth. You will advise on domestic and international tax matters and lead tax aspects of M&A, reorganizations, and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance and external advisors to manage tax risks and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in tax advisory, accounting, corporate tax, audit or the energy sector.
• Strong expertise in tax, corporate structuring, compliance and audit-related matters.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement tax-efficient corporate structures aligned with the company’s strategic, operational and commercial objectives.
• Advise on domestic and international tax matters, assessing the tax implications of investments, financing arrangements, new business initiatives and corporate transactions.
• Lead the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and internal reorganizations, while supporting legal entity governance and structuring initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax legislation, transfer pricing requirements and reporting obligations, while proactively managing tax risks, audits and interactions with tax authorities.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Treasury and external advisors, monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations to senior management on tax planning and structuring matters.

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in tax, corporate structuring, compliance and audit-related matters.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills combined with a hands-on mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
