What will you be doing?

  • Building, developing, and winning business relationships with key maritime players in Germany.

  • Driving revenue growth by offering a creative, market-leading solution for ESG and compliance.

  • Working closely with leadership to shape the German market strategy.

  • Managing the full sales process from prospecting to close, with full autonomy and support.

  • Representing the company at leading maritime events and industry forums.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Experienced in B2B sales within maritime, compliance, or sustainability software.

  • Knowledge of decarbonisation, ESG, or maritime regulatory compliance preferred.

  • Strong, assured communicator with fluency in German and English.

  • Motivated, inspired, and focused on delivering improved results.

  • Confident working independently in a remote role with international collaboration.
