Responsibilities
  • Managing long‑term relationships with platform stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison to ensure partner needs are met and collaboration remains effective.
  • Coordinating the implementation and execution of partnership initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑functional alignment with Legal, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Overseeing contract development and finalization with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring outsourcing relationships by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying potential risks, and initiating corrective measures when needed.
  • Analyzing partnership performance through regular reporting and data evaluation, and recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
Profile
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally with a project management certification.
  • You are experienced in successfully combining project management methods and agile software development.
  • You have relevant knowledge in the banking environment (banking / finance).
  • You bring in‑depth specialist knowledge and practical experience in dealing with complex projects.
  • You already have experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Fluent English skills and excellent communication skills; German language would be a plus.
  • Ability & willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily.
  • High commitment, very good time management, structured way of working and enjoyment of working in a team.
