Why This Role Matters The DACH region and Eastern Europe are at the forefront of Europe’s aerospace and defense innovation, hosting global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, defense integrators, and cutting-edge research programs. As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead Roboze’s growth in this strategic region, building partnerships with aerospace primes, defense integrators, and innovation networks. You won’t just execute a plan; you’ll help shape it, turning Roboze’s technological edge into long-term strategic value for our customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Roboze’s go-to-market strategy for Aerospace & Defense in DACH and Eastern Europe.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, OEMs, and defense integrators.
  • Support qualification programs for materials and processes in flight-critical or mission-critical parts.
  • Identify and close strategic business opportunities with aerospace and defense customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align capabilities with market demand.
  • Represent Roboze at key industry events, trade shows, and innovation clusters.
  • Report to the Head of Aerospace & Defense, contributing directly to Roboze’s European expansion strategy.
Who You Are
  • You have experience working with or selling into companies like Airbus, Safran, Indra, Leonardo, Thales, or similar.
  • You understand aerospace qualification processes and what it takes to bring new technologies into production.
  • You have a strong technical and commercial understanding of additive manufacturing, composite materials, or advanced polymers.
  • You’ve built or expanded markets, not just managed existing accounts.
  • You’re entrepreneurial, hands‑on, and accountable, you make things happen.
  • You thrive in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment and want to make a real impact.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development or technical sales within Aerospace & Defense.
  • Proven success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and technology adoption.
  • Strong professional network across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe in aerospace or defense.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (other regional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany.
