We are seeking a Principal Business Development Manager to strategically develop business for a European technology company. We are a major IT company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals globally. Due to active expansion into new territories, we are looking for a strong expert ready to launch and scale our presence in the region.
Location: Three offices to choose from: Zurich, Munich. Hamburg (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Actively expand the network to attract new clients and nurture existing partnerships in Switzerland.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with C-Level executives, including business trips.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to identify business challenges and propose strategic IT solutions.
- Drive the pre-sales process: develop and present strategic solutions, and monitor outcomes.
- Proactively work to re-engage clients for renewed partnerships and resolve client issues.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in IT services sales (ICT Sales) of 5+ years.
- Successful experience in acquiring new customers and markets from scratch.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills with C-Level executives.
- Systematic thinking, clear presentation of ideas, competent speech.
- Proactivity, stress resistance, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- English Level: Upper-Intermediate and above.
- German Level: Upper-Intermediate and above.
