• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI/DWH tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of business models and value chains.
• Ability to navigate complex operations and derive actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting business case development and benchmarking.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

About You

Must-haves

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data lakes or large datasets
• Proficiency with BI/DWH tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivoting, modelling, complex formulas)
• Strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of business models, value chains, and technical systems
• Ability to navigate complex operations, understand performance drivers, and derive clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting business case development, benchmarking, or strategic analysis
• Excellent communication skills — able to present complex insights in a simple and effective way
• High degree of ownership, proactivity, and the ability to drive tasks end-to‑end
