Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht am Standort Mannheim eine/n Finance Controlling-Spezialisten zur Leitung des finanziellen Controllings und der Berichterstattung für HUB-Germany, inklusive KPI-Analysen und Managementberichten.

Sie arbeiten eng mit DevOps, Security, Engineering und weiteren Bereichen zusammen, unterstützen ICFR/OPK-Prozesse und steuern das Kostenstellen- und Projekt-Controlling in einem bereichsübergreifenden Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder verwandten Bereichen.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie Erfahrung mit Power BI und Projex.
• Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO.
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke.
• Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Finanzcontrolling und Reporting für alle KPIs in HUB-Germany.
• Erstellung von Finanzanalysen und Managementberichten.
• Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Geschäftsbereichen und Zentralfunktionen.
• Planung und Controlling für verschiedene Funktionen innerhalb HUB-Germany (Cost Center und Project Controlling).
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern aus Bereichen wie DevOps, Security, Engineering, Quality und Technical Services.
• Prozess-Governance und Unterstützung bei ICFR und OPK Controlling-Sets; zentrale Ansprechpartnerin/ zentraler Ansprechpartner für Audits.
• Funktionale Aufsicht und Anleitung von Werkstudenten.

Responsibilities

• Financial controlling and reporting for all KPIs in HUB-Germany
• Preparation of financial analyses and management reports
• Close cross‑functional collaboration with relevant business units and central functions
• Planning and controlling for various functions within HUB‑Germany (cost center and project controlling)
• Collaboration with international stakeholders from areas such as DevOps, Security, Engineering, Quality and Technical Services
• Process governance and support for ICFR and OPK controlling sets; central point of contact for auditors
• Functional supervision and guidance of working students

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience, or a university degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor's)
• Initial professional experience in controlling or comparable areas
• Confident user of MS Office (particularly Excel) and experience with Power BI and Projex
• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO)
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
• Very good German and English language skills
