Jobtailor in Berlin sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Finanzcontrolling zur Begleitung der Einführung von Workday und zur Budgetsteuerung im Rahmen der ERP-Umstellung. Sie unterstützen das Go-Live-Projekt im Januar 2027 und übernehmen bis dahin den Budgetprozess hands-on.

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören Reporting, Analysen, Personalcontrolling, Schnittstelle zu HR, Kostenstellen-Controlling sowie Intercompany-Abrechnung. Sie agieren als strategischer Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus Finanzen/Controlling/Buchhaltung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter).
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, ideal mit operativem Accounting.
• Grundkenntnisse des HGB und hohe Eigeninitiative sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Systemimplementierung (Workday) und Digitalisierung: Unterstützung beim Rollout des ERP- und Management-Reporting-Tools.
• Finanzplanung & Controlling: Mitwirkung am Budgetierungsprozess bis zur vollständigen Systemmigration.
• Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung aussagekräftiger Berichte, Ad-hoc-Analysen für Management-Entscheidungen.
• HR-Controlling: Verantwortung für Personalcontrolling.
• Business Partnering: Strategischer Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführung und Abteilungen.
• Operatives Finanzmanagement: Monatsabschlüsse, Kostenstellen-Controlling, Intercompany-Abrechnung.
• Schnittstellenfunktion: Erster Ansprechpartner für Buchhaltungs- und Controlling-Anfragen.

Responsibilities

• System implementation (Workday) & digitalization: You will actively support the rollout of our new ERP and management reporting tool (Workday) for the planned go-live in January 2027.
• Financial planning & controlling: Until the full system migration, you will manage the entire budgeting process hands-on.
• Reporting & analysis: You prepare meaningful reports, identify complex cause-and-effect relationships in budget vs. actual variances, and provide reliable decision support for management through ad-hoc analyses.
• HR controlling: You will take responsibility for personnel controlling.
• Business partnering: You act as a strategic sparring partner for the executive management and department heads.
• Operational finance management: You perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure compliance with budget targets at cost-center level, as well as intercompany charge allocations.
• Interface role: You are the first point of contact for all accounting and controlling-related questions.

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance/controlling/accounting or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter - certified balance-sheet accountant).
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally combined with solid knowledge of operational accounting.
• Initial experience or exposure to HR controlling or working with personnel metrics (staff reporting) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
• High degree of initiative, strong communication and assertiveness skills, and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
