You will gather requirements, prepare BRDs and user stories, map processes, and coordinate with business, product, and technology teams to support UAT, testing, and implementation. Strong English communication and German language proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong Lending and Payments domain knowledge.
• Good understanding of banking/financial processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• German language proficiency – B2/C1 or above preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
