Zusammenfassung

ELA Container in Haren (Ems) seeks a Business Analyst (m/f/x) to drive IT and process improvements. You will gather requirements, define solutions with business units, and support the demand portfolio from idea to implementation.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business informatics, CS, engineering or business administration, plus experience in documenting requirements, and in classic or agile project management; strong German and English, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, computer science, engineering or business administration.
• Experience in systematic documentation of requirements.
• Initial experience in classic or agile project management.
• Methodological competence, good analytical skills and limited experience in analysis and modelling of business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Very good German language skills and business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge of the relevant MS-Office programmes.

Aufgaben

• Gathering business requirements and developing appropriate solution approaches with the respective business departments.
• Supporting and coordinating the creation of IT demands and requirements documentation with the specialist department.
• Managing the handover of requests to IT, and ongoing support and collaboration in processing the requests interface function.
• Advising the specialist departments on process and IT topics and networking with internal and external experts.
• Supporting the specialist departments in planning and managing the demand portfolio.
