Zusammenfassung

BIP Deutschland seeks experienced Business Analysts with expertise in the Insurance sector, focusing on P&C front and back office processes, and core insurance and sales solutions. Location: Germany with up to 50% onsite at client locations; rest remote.

You will identify business requirements, advise on digitalizing IT processes, and support end-to-end transformations, leveraging Guidewire or similar policy systems to deliver improvements for insurance clients.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance consulting or transformation projects.
• Fluency in German and English (mandatory).

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with expertise in the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on Insurance consulting for P&C front office and back office processes and core insurance and insurance sales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manages and organizes the identification of business requirements in terms of quality and scope and identifies the resulting key demands.
• Supports the business units and advises business and IT-departments on the selection of modern core systems solutions and the digitalization of IT-processes.
• Manages and ensures the identification, analysis and preparation of all business and IT stakeholder requirements and drives the functional support E2E in major P&C transformation and digitalization projects.
• Prepares functional specification documents to seamless transfer business requirements into modern and digital IT solutions for Insurance companies

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience
• Location: up to 50% onsite at client locations in Germany, rest remote
• All P&C business (retail and/or commercial), modules: partner, Contract and claims and frontend-systems with focus on P&C transformations.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Insurance P&Cbusiness transformations (retail and/or commercial lines) and in business requirement analysis.
• It is a plus the knowledge of broker management, German motor insurance / pricing engines, underwriting, policy management and claims, commercial line business and/or portals and central systems like reinsurance and accounting.
• Tools: Guidewire (Policy, Claims and/or APD with Jutro) or excellent experiences with other P&C-policy management solutions and Insurance frontend solutions.
• Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)

What we offer

The salary range for this position is between €80,000 and €100,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority.

The employment level and classification will be determined during the recruitment process based on the selected candidate’s profile and in compliance with applicable regulations and the Metalmeccanici Industria Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).

The salary indicated refers solely to the Gross Annual Salary (RAL).

The overall compensation package may also include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or company objectives, as well as welfare programs and company benefits. The final compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate’s profile and its alignment with the requirements of the position.
