Требования

• 3+ Years’ experience as an analyst
• Experience in the Insurance domain
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools through direct practical use
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile principles and methodologies
• Experience with UML and BPMN
• Understanding of UX competencies
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Nice to have: Agile Methodology certification, Insurance certifications, Business analysis certification
