Capgemini in Berlin seeks a Business Analyst to help shape AI-powered software solutions for diverse industries. You will work with customers, business units and development teams to translate requirements into practical approaches.

You’ll analyze processes, prioritize needs and guide delivery in agile or traditional projects, leveraging Copilot and other AI tools to accelerate insights and value. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

Then join our team and support customers in industries such as Defense, Energy, Automotive, Public Sector, Manufacturing or Retail in turning ideas into digital and AI-powered solutions.

Together with customers, business departments and development teams, you design digital and AI-powered solutions to real business challenges. You analyze requirements, processes and challenges and help turn ideas into concrete approaches to solutions. You work in agile or traditional project environments and gain practical experience with modern business analysis, product development and software development methods. You support the collection, structuring and prioritization of requirements and guide their implementation through to productive use. You use modern AI tools to analyze information more quickly, develop solution options, validate results and try out new ways of working. You work closely with business departments, developers, architects and Product Owners and learn to bring different perspectives together into a shared solution.

We are looking for people who are curious, quick to learn and keen to actively shape business analysis in the age of AI. You have completed a degree in business informatics, computer science or another STEM subject. You have gained several years of practical experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. You are interested in modern software development and want to understand how business requirements become digital and AI-powered solutions. You already actively use Generative AI, for example for research, analysis, learning, structuring information or creating work outputs. You are also curious about how AI is changing software development, collaboration and the role of the Business Analyst. You enjoy trying out new technologies and ways of working in practice and want to work with your team to find out which approaches create real value for customers and projects. You approach challenges in a structured way, enjoy analyzing complex relationships and ask the right questions to solve problems sustainably. You communicate clearly and understandably, enjoy working with different people, including onsite in the office, and actively contribute your own ideas. Very good German skills at C2 level, good English skills and willingness to travel complete your profile.
