Responsibilities
- Transition & Service Readiness: Support transition planning for new Managed Team engagements.
- Transition & Service Readiness: Define operational readiness criteria and delivery controls.
- Transition & Service Readiness: Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
- Transition & Service Readiness: Coordinate handover activities between sales, delivery and customer organisations.
- Delivery Governance: Design governance structures and service management frameworks.
- Delivery Governance: Define reporting concepts, KPIs and service performance mechanisms.
- Delivery Governance: Support governance boards, service reviews and steering meetings.

The Senior SME – Delivery Governance, Transition & Data Intelligence Platforms ensures that Managed Teams and Managed Services can be successfully transitioned into stable and scalable delivery operations.
The role combines delivery governance, transition management and subject matter expertise in Data & Intelligence Platforms to support customers throughout the lifecycle from opportunity qualification to operational service delivery.
Working closely with Business Units, Delivery Managers and customer stakeholders, the individual contributes to the establishment of repeatable and operationally robust service models.
