Karo Healthcare in Düsseldorf is seeking a Brand Marketing specialist to translate our brand strategy into local marketing plans for the DACH region. You will drive end-to-end campaigns across pharmacy, mass-market and digital channels, and analyze market data to optimize ROI.
You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and agencies to ensure compliant execution, develop sales materials, manage launches and budgets, and travel 15–25% as needed. Hybrid work is available.

4-6 years' experience in brand management, product marketing, or channel marketing within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, or similarly fast-paced industries Experience working in an international or global organization, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across markets Proven track record in hands-on campaign execution, product launches, and commercial activation Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or mass-market channels; e-commerce or omnichannel experience is a plus Analytical mindset with experience working with market data, KPIs, and performance tracking Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills in a cross-functional environment Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and materials Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a "get-things-done" attitude University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field Business fluent in German and English Willingness to travel approximately 15-25% across the DACH region Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions Flexible schedule, hybrid model with the primary work place in the office, and life-work balance Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
