Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) seeks a Brand Experience & Media Sales Specialist for Westfield Rise in Düsseldorf. You will drive commercial growth across Germany and Austria, developing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies, and delivering innovative media, experiential and marketing solutions to millions of visitors annually.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with cross-country teams to maximise revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in business development, sales, media, advertising, experiential marketing, sponsorship, or related environment.
• Strong relationship-building and new business development skills.
• Commercial mindset with ambitious revenue targets.

We're looking for a Brand Experience & Media Sales Specialist to join our Westfield Rise team in Düsseldorf on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving commercial growth across Germany and Austria, developing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies, and creating innovative media, experiential and marketing solutions that connect businesses with millions of visitors every year. Why this role matters

At Westfield Rise, we help brands engage audiences through retail media, experiential activations, sponsorships, brand partnerships and data-driven marketing solutions across some of Europe's most iconic destinations. As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing commercial partnerships across the German and Austrian markets. You'll work with brands, agencies and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop creative commercial solutions and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Based in our Düsseldorf office, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Central Europe and the wider European Westfield Rise network, helping shape the future of retail media and brand experiences.

What you'll be getting involved in

No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:

• Managing inbound commercial opportunities and converting enquiries into long-term partnerships.
• Creating proposals and negotiating experiential, media and marketing campaigns with brands, agencies and promotional partners.
• Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Identifying new business opportunities, market trends and client needs to drive commercial growth.
• Working closely with Marketing, Centre Management and other internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities across our destinations.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Central Europe and Europe to share best practices and develop innovative commercial solutions.
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through internal systems.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial enquiry to campaign execution and post-campaign follow-up.
• Promoting integrated 360° partnership opportunities across Experiential, Media, Digital and Sponsorship channels.

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, media, advertising, experiential marketing, sponsorship, partnerships or a related commercial environment.
• Enjoy building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Are commercially driven and motivated by achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Can confidently manage negotiations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Have experience creating and presenting commercial proposals and solutions.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
• Communicate confidently in both German and English.

It would be great if you also bring:

• Experience within media, advertising, retail media, sponsorship or agency environments.
• Knowledge of experiential marketing, brand activations or partnership sales.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to execution.
• An established network of brand, marketing or agency contacts within Germany and Austria.
