Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking a Brand Experience & Media Sales Specialist for Westfield Rise in Düsseldorf. The role is full-time with a permanent contract, offering hybrid work arrangements and a focus on developing brand partnerships across Germany and Austria.

You will manage inbound opportunities, craft proposals, negotiate campaigns, and build relationships with brands, agencies and internal teams to drive revenue and growth. Fluency in German and English is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, media, advertising, experiential marketing, sponsorship, partnerships or a related commercial environment.
• Enjoy building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Are commercially driven and motivated by achieving ambitious revenue targets.

• Have experience creating and presenting commercial proposals and solutions.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Communicate confidently in both German and English.

• Creating proposals and negotiating experiential, media and marketing campaigns with brands, agencies and promotional partners.
• Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Identifying new business opportunities, market trends and client needs to drive commercial growth.
• Working closely with Marketing, Centre Management and other internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities across our destinations.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Central Europe and Europe to share best practices and develop innovative commercial solutions.
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through internal systems.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial enquiry to campaign execution and post‑campaign follow‑up.
• Promoting integrated 360° partnership opportunities across Experiential, Media, Digital and Sponsorship channels.

At Westfield Rise, we help brands engage audiences through retail media, experiential activations, sponsorships, brand partnerships and data-driven marketing solutions across some of Europe's most iconic destinations. As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing commercial partnerships across the German and Austrian markets. You'll work with brands, agencies and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop creative commercial solutions and deliver sustainable revenue growth. Based in our Düsseldorf office, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Central Europe and the wider European Westfield Rise network, helping shape the future of retail media and brand experiences.

• An established network of brand, marketing or agency contacts within Germany and Austria.
