Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns (Onsite-Offsite) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage seasonal product animations in retail and online to maximize the visibility of our products and generate purchase impulses.
  • Support events to excite customers about our brands and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Create and adapt appealing marketing materials for various partners.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and sell-out data to optimize the performance of our activities and identify trends.
  • Develop creative marketing activities for the local market, always focusing on the target group and the brand DNA.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to maximize the reach of our brand

Your Profile

  • You are passionate about the beauty industry and have a strong sense of trends and consumer behavior.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in marketing or brand activation, ideally in the beauty sector.
  • You are a highly organized individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have experience in project management and budget administration.
