Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and operations of the Frankfurt branch; optimize processes and service delivery.
- Drive business development with a priority on airport / aviation and logistics accounts.
- Grow key client relationships and ensure contract safety and compliance standards.
- Lead coach and scale the local team; recruit as needed.
- Ensure adherence to German labor‑leasing regulations (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
- Build the case (and playbook) for new branch openings in additional cities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in temporary staffing with airport / aviation sector experience required.
- Solid knowledge of German employment law and staffing regulations.
- Track record of turnaround or scale‑up leadership in a branch or business unit.
- Native‑level German and fluent English (French a plus).
- Entrepreneurial hands‑on and metrics‑driven.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to 60000 EUR
