  • Own the P&L and operations of the Frankfurt branch; optimize processes.
  • Drive business development with a priority on airport/aviation accounts.
  • Grow key client relationships and ensure compliance standards.
  • Lead, coach, and scale the local team; recruit as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to German labor-leasing regulations.
  • Build the case for new branch openings.
