You will independently manage the bookkeeping, financial statements and advisory work for your own clients, and handle payroll. The role emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and payroll knowledge. You are also prepared to learn new things. Our system Maestro is used, and familiarity with it is a plus. We expect a relevant education for the role, such as a vocational diploma (merkonomi) or bachelor’s degree (tradenomi), and at least two years of experience in similar tasks. The working language is Finnish, but strong English is also required to perform duties. You are customer-oriented, a team player, and good at organizing your own work. You should also be able to ask for help when needed.
