Vazyme in Berlin seeks a field service engineer responsible for installation, maintenance and training of laboratory equipment for domestic and international clients. You will respond promptly to customer needs and guide on-site repairs and installations to ensure continuity of operations.

Travel up to 70% across Europe; fluent English and French are required, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities to support customers effectively.

• Mainly responsible for the installation, maintenance, and training of domestic and overseas client equipment and instruments (such as extractors, automatic pipettes, etc.) in the molecular biology field of the company;
• Timely response to customer demands, able to flexibly use various remote processing methods to guide and solve emergency situations of client devices;
• Provide training on equipment operation, fault handling, and technical application for internal and external customers of the company.
