You will make an impact in the following way :
  • Project Assessment : Review project requirements, specifications, and drawings with experts to understand the scope of work and deliverables.
  • Risk Assessment : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks, challenges, and constraints associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Cost Estimation : Evaluate project costs by analyzing materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
  • Supplier / Subcontractor Management : Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotations and evaluate their capabilities for inclusion in the bid.
  • Proposal Development : From answering the first tender until the contract award, you work with the supporting functions required and ensure that the proposal is optimized in all aspects. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to create detailed proposals and bid documents that meet client needs and align with company standards.
  • Bid Presentation : Present proposals to clients, participate in client meetings, and provide technical support to the sales team during negotiations and contract discussions.>

    • Education- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in the direction of Technical Business Administration, Engineering or similar

    • Analytical Skills- Ability to analyze project requirements, evaluate costs, and identify potential risks or challenges. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Project Management experience- You can handle multiple bids simultaneously whilst ensuring a swift turnaround.
