Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced benefits administrator to manage the lifecycle of Flexible Benefits, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts, and Commuter Plans. You will create, maintain, and close benefit plans while processing demographic, enrollment, and contribution files.

The role requires HIPAA compliance, strong problem solving, and the ability to resolve tier 3 escalations. You will collaborate across teams, train peers, identify trends, and continually improve

• Must adhere to security policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to resolve tier 3 escalations and process demographic, enrollment, and contribution files.

Aufgaben

• Manage the lifecycle of Flexible Benefits, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Savings Accounts, and Commuter Plans.
• Create, maintain, and close benefit plans.
• Process consumer forms and file data for employer configurations and plans.
• Serve as an internal resource and troubleshoot questions.
• Resolve issues and account discrepancies with internal departments, employers, and partners.
• Solve cases and resolve tier 3 escalations.
• Create, update, and maintain participant plans, balances, employer account balances, and employer plans and closings.
• Process demographic, enrollment, and contribution files.
• Facilitate peer training when requested.
• Identify trends to improve plan administration.
• Resolve internal and external department requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate across teams and departments to support a positive customer experience.
• Create efficiencies and improve processes for employers, consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Participate in continuous improvement, learning, knowledge sharing, special projects, team meetings, and one-on-ones.
• Continually improve departmental workflow.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant policy practices.
