Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to support children remotely with evidence-based play and ABA strategies. You’ll work flexibly across telehealth sessions, adapting to each child’s plan designed by clinical leaders.

Applicants should be enrolled in college or have college credits, with at least 6 months of ABA experience and a willingness to train. This role emphasizes compassionate, adaptive communication and inclusive practice.

Qualifikationen

• Telehealth or virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations as per California mandates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand with client pace.

Requirements

• Enrolled in college or university (part-time or full-time) or has earned college credits.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Telehealth or virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) required as per California mandates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand, keeping pace with your client.
