Zusammenfassung

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and ongoing support through a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to promote clinical

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
