Zusammenfassung

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseload, and no non-compete agreements, with an LBA Expansion Program and dedicated BCBA Success Manager for

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
