As part of this transition, we are recruiting a Beauty Therapist to join our team and uphold the brand’s excellence in skincare expertise and customer service. This role is central to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing professional cabin treatments, offering personalized skincare consultations, and supporting sales through storytelling and client engagement—all aligned with the highest standards of the VALMONT brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand’s values, grooming standards, and customer-first attitude
• Perform scheduled cabin treatments and provide after-sales support to build lasting client relationships
• Learn and apply product knowledge, including features, benefits, and application techniques
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and ensure product availability
• Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and treatments tailored to their preferences
• Ensure operational excellence through accurate use of POS systems and adherence to retail procedures
