Zusammenfassung

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards in a fully remote setting

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
