Zusammenfassung

Raisin, a leading FinTech, is seeking a Bank Analytics team member in Berlin to provide timely insights into market developments and guide funding strategies for banks partnering with Raisin.

You will analyze deposit markets in Europe and the US and deliver actionable growth strategies while collaborating with multiple Raisin teams to unlock growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

Team

Join the Deposits department, the group responsible for making some of Raisin’s most important strategic relationships grow and succeed.

The Bank Analytics team drives Raisin’s business with analytics, research, and insights to platforms and wider funding markets. You’ll provide tailor-made funding guidance to our partner banks by leveraging internal and external data. The team’s analyses and guidance drive strategic decision‑making both in‑and outside the company.

We work closely with various departments and a multitude of stakeholders (e.g. partner banks, BusDev, Relationship Management, PR).

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the Bank Analytics team, you will be a fundamental driver of Raisin’s growth by providing timely insights into current market and platform developments and behaviour and guiding the funding strategies of our bank partners.

• Drive market and funding intelligence: Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, as well as customer behaviour on our platforms to deliver clear, visual insights into key trends and uncover opportunities.
• Provide strategic funding advice: Help partner banks navigate their funding goals by providing market indications, deposit forecasts, and actionable growth strategies.
• Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of banks’ requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with other Raisin teams to help unlock growth.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (including relevant internships) ideally in consulting, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice‑to‑have.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands‑on.
• Nice to have: experience with SQL and/or Python
