Logicc sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Backend-Entwickler/in in Hamburg, der/die mit Go, NodeJS oder TypeScript interne Tools und Backend-Dienste entwickelt.

Sie arbeiten hybrid oder remote, gestalten Datenbanken, CI/CD mit GitLab und Daten-Synchronisation, und bringen Englisch als Arbeits sprache mit.

Qualifications

• 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Backend-Entwicklung mit Go, NodeJS oder TypeScript.
• Offenes Mindset für KI-unterstützte Softwareentwicklung; praktische Erfahrung mit Coding Agents.
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation (Englisch als Arbeitsprache).

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Verbesserung interner Tools und Backend-Dienste.
• Datenbankdesign, Migrationen und Performance-Tuning von PostgreSQL.
• Daten-Synchronisationsprozesse über Systeme hinweg.
• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit im Team und CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitLab.

Deine Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
• Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team

Dein Profil

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
