Back Office Representative Main Responsibilities
Accounting
  • Book-keeping
  • Checking invoices
  • Updating payment list
  • Managing cash
  • Preparing documents for PL, BS, VAT report
Sales Support
  • Preparing documents such as Quotation / invoice / shipping document
  • Arranging shipment to customers
  • Arranging shipment from Japan to our German warehouse
  • Arranging drop shipment from Japan to Taiwan / Finland / UK
  • Supporting sales team for organising / attending events and creating sales materials such as product catalogue
Back Office Representative Ideal Candidate
  • Business level of fluency in German and English
  • Japanese language skill is highly advantageous
  • Having strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Proficient with numerical data
  • Having high level of accountability and responsibility
  • Being proactive and having solution-oriented mindset
  • Being able to handle multi-tasks under a fast-paced environment
  • Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
