Responsibilities

• From the first month, you will be introduced to the BTC Cloud world by a functional and organizational mentor.


• You will learn our values and working methods of self‑organisation.


• With your technical mentor, you will accompany client projects to understand how we build cloud infrastructure and what our best practices look like.


• During the first three months you will gain an overview of our clients and all key stakeholders, actively shape our self‑organised processes from a steering role, create cloud architectures based on various Azure services, and independently advance projects in the energy, automotive, or insurance sectors.


• During your first year you will be a key team member that actively drives the team forward by developing solution architectures for complex IT systems using Azure technologies, designing scalable and secure cloud architectures according to customer requirements, translating business requirements into technical specifications for Azure solutions, creating Proof‑of‑Concepts, evaluating new Azure features, and fostering knowledge within the team.


• You will also continue your development at BTC and pursue the next certification.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with market‑ready solution portfolios and application architectures under Microsoft Azure.


• Preferably certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Security Associate, or a commitment to obtain them shortly.


• Understanding of customer needs translated into strategic and operational solutions.


• Agile mindset; Kanban methods are familiar.


• Project experience with Terraform, Azure Bicep or PowerShell.


• Comfortable with serverless services, virtual networking, VMs, and the Cloud Adoption Framework.


• Knowledge of common operating systems such as Linux and Microsoft Windows.


• Enthusiastic to join our unit, take responsibility, and drive client projects forward.


• Verhandlungssichere German language skills (B2).
