AQUA Information Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Native Engineer to join a remote team. You will design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures using AWS serverless services.

Responsibilities include IaC automation, cloud-native database management, CI/CD pipelines, and strong focus on security and observability across AWS environments.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years developing AWS serverless systems.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices on AWS.

Role: AWS Cloud NAtive Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

AWS Native Cloud Application Development: Design and Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures utilizing AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate environment provisioning and application deployment using AWS CDK, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation. Database & Data Management: Architect and maintain cloud-native databases (DynamoDB, Aurora, Amazon DocumentDB) optimized for read/write performance, caching (ElastiCache), and low latency.

CI/CD & Automation: Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) for seamless continuous integration and zero-downtime deployments.

Security & Compliance: Enforce cloud security best practices by managing identity access control (AWS IAM), secret management (Secrets Manager), and data encryption at rest/in transit.

Monitoring & Reliability: Implement centralized logging, metrics, and distributed tracing using AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, or OpenTelemetry to ensure optimal system health and quick troubleshooting.

Must Have Technical Expertise: 3 to 5 years developing AWS serverless systems leveraging AWS services utilizing: S3, ApiGateway, IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, Athena, CloudWatch, ECS Fargate, EC2, AppSync, Event Bridge, Cloudfront, Route 53, Certificate Manager, SNS, SQS, Bedrock
