QCG Computer GmbH in Deutschland sucht eine/n Tester/in für Automotive-Komponenten. Sie entwickeln Testpläne basierend auf Prüfvorgaben, implementieren werksseitige Testverfahren und nutzen Messgeräte wie Spannungsversorgung, Multimeter und Oszilloskop.

Sie tragen zur Optimierung von Testplänen bei. Im Profil wird eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Informatik/Elektronik erwartet, sowie Kenntnisse in Python und LabVIEW.

Formación

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik/Elektronik oder vergleichbarem technischen Bereich.
• Routinierte Programmierkenntnisse in Python und LabVIEW; Projekterfahrung bevorzugt.
• Berufserfahrung im Fahrzeugtests in der Automobilproduktion (ADAS).
• Fähigkeit, Probleme beim Testen schnell zu analysieren und Ursachen zu ermitteln.
• Hands-on, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten bei funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse ausreichend für internationales Umfeld.
• Chinesische Sprachkenntnisse gelten als großer Vorteil.

Responsabilidades

• Testpläne basierend auf Prüfvorgaben entwickeln und werkseitige Tests eigenständig etablieren.
• Kernmethoden der Produktprüfung anwenden, Risiken identifizieren, Probleme analysieren und Testplan optimieren.
• Verschiedene Messgeräte verwenden (Power Supply / Multimeter / Oszilloskop).
• Ausrüstungsausfälle und Produktionsabweichungen analysieren, Korrekturmaßnahmen definieren und Verbesserungen vorantreiben.
• Software für Automotive-Produkte entwickeln, warten und verbessern, inklusive ECU/TCU/MCU/IVI-Tests.
• Effektiv mit internen Abteilungen und externen Kunden zu Automatisierungsthemen kommunizieren.

• Develop test plans based on testing requirements, and independently establish and implement factory testing procedures.
• Apply the core methods of product testing in the factory, identify testing risks, quickly analyze, locate and solve problems that occur during testing, and optimize the testing plan.
• Use various testing instruments (Power Supply / Multimeter / Oscilloscope).
• Analyze equipment faults and production deviations, define corrective measures and drive sustainable improvements in yield and production capacity.
• Develop, maintain and improve software for automotive product, including testing of ECU/TCU/MCU/IVI related part.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers on automation-related topics.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or university studies in computer science, electronics or a comparable technical field.
• Proficient in Python / LabVIEW programming languages. Candidates with project development experience will be given priority.
• Professional testing experience in automotive product factory (ADAS Product).
• Ability to quickly analyze, locate and solve problems that occur during testing. Strong analytical skills to identify and assess root causes, implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Hands-on, structured and solution‑oriented working style with a high level of responsibility.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• English skills sufficient for communication in an international manufacturing environment.
• Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
