Zusammenfassung

BMW Group is seeking an expert to shape the future of agentic AI systems for cybersecurity in the automotive sector. You will build and maintain an AI-enabled toolchain to identify vulnerabilities in software and vehicle systems, designing automated detection across code and components.

You will expand AI-driven analysis, fuzzing, and pentesting workflows, integrating new models and agents while delivering scalable solutions and friendly interfaces for security engineers and developers.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Automotive Cybersecurity.
• Business-fluent English; German language skills are desirable.

• Develop and maintain an agentic AI toolchain for automated vulnerability identification in software and vehicle systems.
• Design automated methods for detecting vulnerabilities in source code, binaries, and vehicle functionalities using AI models.
• Expand AI-powered analysis, fuzzing, and penetration testing workflows to enhance security assessment capabilities.
• Integrate new analysis methods, models, and AI agents into the existing toolchain in a scalable manner.
• Design intuitive user interfaces so security experts and software engineers can easily leverage the toolchain.
• Implement closed-loop feedback and learning mechanisms to improve future analysis cycles and toolchain performance.

• You design automated methods for detecting vulnerabilities in source code, binary code, and vehicle functionalities using both commercial and open-source AI models.
• By expanding AI-powered analysis, fuzzing, and penetration testing workflows, you continuously enhance the effectiveness of security assessment capabilities.
• You integrate new analysis methods, models, and AI agents into the existing toolchain in a targeted and scalable manner.
• Through the design of intuitive user interfaces, you enable both security experts and software engineers to easily leverage the capabilities of the toolchain.
• In addition, you implement closed-loop feedback and learning mechanisms to continuously improve future analysis cycles and overall toolchain performance.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Automotive Cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in building, operating, and maintaining agentic AI toolchains using both commercial and open-source technologies.
• Experience in developing or operating complex security toolchains.
• Business-fluent English language skills; German language skills are desirable.
