IBA POLAND sp. z o.o. is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to join our international team.

You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web UI and API, collaborating with developers and QA to enhance coverage and quality. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and help improve framework architecture. The role requires strong Java skills and hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright, API testing, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and with Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Experience in API testing (REST Assured, Postman or similar).
• Knowledge of test automation design patterns (Page Object Model).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Version control (Git).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities, Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web UI and API, Collaborate with developers and manual QA to define test strategy and coverage, Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, Analyse test results, identify and report defects, Continuously improve test framework architecture and test stability, Participate in code reviews for test automation code 2+ years of experience in test automation, Strong hands-on experience with Java, Practical experience with Selenium and/or Playwright, Solid experience with API testing (e.g., REST Assured, Postman, or similar), English level: B2 Optional, Hands-on experience with Cucumber (BDD), Understanding of test automation design patterns (Page Object Model, etc.), Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar), Know-how of version control (Git), Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling), Experience with Docker and containerized test environments, Knowledge of SQL and experience validating data at the DB level, Experience with message queues / async testing (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Experience with test reporting tools (Allure, ExtentReports), ISTQB certification
