Zusammenfassung

Flyps is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with commercial experience building and maintaining automated test suites for modern web applications. You’ll join a product team developing a complex web platform built with TypeScript and React, supporting project management, planning, reporting, and collaboration across multiple user roles.

This full-time fixed-term contract runs from August 15th until January 31st, dedicated to this product development project.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of commercial experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated tests for web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience testing modern web applications built with React and TypeScript
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support test automation and QA activities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.
• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1, English B2).

• Create automated end-to-end, integration, and regression tests for new and existing features.
• Verify complex business workflows, user permissions, and interactions across multiple modules.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure high product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Investigate test failures, report defects, and support root cause analysis.
• Improve test coverage, QA processes, and automation practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD testing and help ensure reliable software releases.

The role

We're looking for a Automation QA Engineer with commercial experience building and maintaining automated test suites for modern web applications.

You’ll join a product team developing a complex web platform built with TypeScript and React, supporting project and resource management, planning, reporting, and collaboration across multiple user roles.

The platform includes complex business processes, role-based permissions, interconnected modules, and dashboards powered by aggregated data. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality by developing reliable automated tests, improving QA processes, and working closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

This is a full-time (1 FTE), fixed-term contract from August 15th until January 31st, dedicated to this product development project.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for our TypeScript/React web application.

• Comfortable using AI‑powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to support test automation and day‑to‑day QA activities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.
• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1, English B2).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker.
• Experience configuring or extending automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
