Inuru is hiring an Automation Engineer in Berlin to drive automation of OLED production lines. You will select and deploy automation components, optimize processes, and collaborate with a diverse team to push the boundaries of lighting and display technology.

Aufgaben

• Automate production lines with conveyor belts and robot systems.
• Choose, procure and set up automation components for OLED production lines.
• Optimize processes including Ink Jet printing and annealing in inert gas conditions.
• Identify issues in the process and develop countermeasures.
• Establish work plans for maintenance and execute them.

Tasks

• Your field is the Automation of production lines with conveyor belts and robot systems
• You are responsible for choosing, procuring and setting up the automation parts of an OLED production line
• You are responsible for optimizing production processes in connection with automation. These include Ink Jet printing, annealing in inert gas conditions, PVD systems.
• You will identify issues and challenges in the process and develop solutions how to counter those issues
• You set up operating mechanisms for the automation of individual processing parts of the production line
• You will be responsible to establish work plans for maintenance and execute them

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in automation of semiconductor production lines that use vacuum equipment, printing equipment and inert gas chambers
• Ideally you have scaled up production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
• Ideally you have proven experience (at 2 years) in the industrial production of OLED lighting or displays, ideally with printing processes
• Ideally you can automatize production lines with robots and conveyor belts that use high accuracy
• Experience in PLC programming and SMEMA
• Ability to dive into leading-edge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes
• Preferably experienced in setting up and operating vacuum equipment for OLED production
• Self-motivated and creative/innovative
• Data-driven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Strong team player
