Responsibilities:

Joint responsibility for expanding global expertise in process development—in particular, developing innovative concepts in the areas of automation and digitalization

Constructive and calculative development of equipment and systems, including electrical power supply, as well as creation of system, network, and circuit diagrams

Project management/collaboration in global research, process development, and investment projects with interdisciplinary teams

Ensuring the timely and cost-effective planning, implementation, evaluation, and presentation of international projects

Evaluating new trends in terms of opportunities, risks, feasibility, and innovation potential, and implementing these findings in practical projects

Supporting partner departments such as plant engineering, HSE, R&D, and OE with technical expertise and project support

Qualifications:

Successfully completed university degree in automation technology or electrical engineering (master's or diploma in engineering)

Initial experience in technical project management

Goal-oriented team player with openness and eagerness to learn when faced with challenges, questioning the status quo and using structured thinking to develop innovative solutions

Strong communicator and committed personality with a high degree of independence, reliability, and flexibility

Very good written and spoken German and English

Willingness to travel globally coupled with intercultural competence
