Zusammenfassung

DUDE CHEM is seeking a delivery-focused professional to transform our no-code/low-code software into client-ready solutions. You will build workflows, interfaces and data models, and connect the platform to clients’ systems, ensuring reliable operation and stability.

Collaborating with Legal Engineers and clients across the public and private sectors, you will ensure quality, document progress, and empower partners to learn and use the platform effectively in a fast-paced GovTech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms or similar tooling delivering client solutions.
• Confident in client interactions and service management, including demanding situations.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with data formats like JSON and XML, plus APIs.

Your mission

As part of our Delivery team, you turn our no-code/low-code software into working solutions for clients across the public and private sector. Working closely with our Legal Engineers, you build workflows, interfaces and data models, connect our platform to our clients' specialist systems, and make sure the systems we ship run reliably and stay stable.

• In our no-code/low-code software, you build workflows, user interfaces, data models and output formats and connect them to the Rulemaps created by our Legal Engineers
• Through our standard interfaces, you integrate the platform with third-party systems such as GIS, HKR and eAkte and support clients with on-premise installations where needed
• You safeguard the quality and stability of client systems and are on hand for service requests
• You document projects and technical updates clearly and help our partners learn to work with our platform
• Together with clients across the public and private sector, you bring our mission into practice

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms, workflow tools or comparable technologies, whether through studies, training, work experience or your own projects, what matters is that you know how to deliver results with such tools
• Confident in dealing with clients and in service management, including in demanding situations
• Comfortable with query languages such as SQL and a good grasp of data formats such as JSON and XML, APIs and basic system architectures
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking, particularly when modelling processes, data structures and query logic
• Careful and reliable way of working with an eye on the stability and quality of systems
• Very good German and English language skills (min. C1)
