HOLY FASHION GROUP sucht eine/n Auszubildende/n im Einzelhandel am Strellson Outlet Montabaur. Einstieg ab August/September 2027. Du berätst Kunden, betreibst eigenständig Verkaufsflächen, bearbeitest Reservierungen und Retouren und gestaltest Verkaufsbereiche mit.

Wichtige Eigenschaften sind Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Langfristige Perspektive und Engagement im Outlet werden erwartet.

Qualificações

• Ausbildung oder Praktika im Einzelhandel von Vorteil.

Responsabilidades

• Fachkundige Beratung und Verkauf unserer hochwertigen Kollektionen.
• Selbstständige Leitung der Verkaufsflächen inkl. Verkaufszahlen, Bestellungen und Erfolgskennzahlen.
• Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Extrabestellungen, Retouren, Kassiervorgängen und Kundenbeschwerden.
• Warenlagerprozesse, Visual Merchandising und weitere interessante Projekte.

• Expert advice and sales of our high-quality collections
• Independent management of the sales areas including sales figures, orders and success factors
• Processing reservations, extra orders, returns, checkout processes and customer complaints
• Warehouse processes, visual merchandising and many other interesting project

Your Profile: A degree and good grades are important, but it is much more important that we fit together. Our focus is on your personality, strengths and interests. In your letter of motivation, you can show us how you would like to contribute to the apprenticeship.

Desirable:

• Very good secondary school leaving certificate or good secondary school leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and initial counselling experience (e.g. through an internship)
