Adjust, Berlin, is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager (Turkish language) to join our EMEA team. You will serve as the primary technical contact for clients, helping them maximize the value of Adjust's measurement platform.

Based in Berlin, you will collaborate with Sales, Integration and Support to resolve issues quickly while maintaining client trust and satisfaction. You will monitor account health, perform setup validation, and provide proactive guidance.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3+ years of client-facing technical experience in advertising technology.
• Excellent English and Turkish communication.
• Strong project management across high-profile accounts.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms for clients.
• Experience with terminal and data extraction/transformation/manipulation tools.
• Experience using Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Asana and similar tools.

• Provide daily support and conduct check-in calls with clients.

• Provide proactive account monitoring and technical health checks.
• Validate setups and test configurations to enable client success.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using internal and external tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Support to resolve issues and suggest improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to engineers and contribute optimization ideas.

As a Technical Account Manager for our EMEA, Middle East and North Africa region, you will be part of a team based in Berlin, Germany and work closely with several teams such as Sales and Integration, in addition to all other departments within Adjust. You are in charge of delivering exceptional customer experience. This plays a major part in your goal to address client issues quickly and help resolve it effectively, maintaining their satisfaction and trust.

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:

• Technical contact for your clients within Adjust
• Support your clients on how to best use the Adjust product and help them resolve any technical challenges
• Provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base
• Work with a global Support team
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to clients in the EMEA, Middle East, and North Africa region, ensuring optimal use of our measurement platform and services.
• Provide proactive account monitoring and technical health checks.
• Enable your client’s decision making and ensure they are set up for success by testing and validating their set-up
• Troubleshoot complex issues by using internal and external tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales and Support) to resolve customer issues and implement custom solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues directly to our engineers; provide ideas for optimization and improvement to the relevant teams.

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role in advertising technology
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
• Excellent project management skills and experience handling multiple high-profile accounts.
• An ability to break down complex topics in simple terms to ensure client understanding
• Validated ability to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge
• Experience in working with the terminal and data extraction, data transformation and data manipulation tools.
• Experience using communication, productivity and collaboration apps like Salesforce, JIRA & Confluence, Asana, etc.
• App development experience, publishing apps to the stores, working with SDKs etc. is a plus
• Willingness to travel (if applicable)
• Big Plus: Hands-on experience using data tools (SQL, Python, etc) and or experience with SDKs scripting
