Adjust, based in Berlin, is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager for the EMEA/MEA region. You will provide technical guidance, ensure client success, and work with Sales, Integration and Support to resolve issues quickly.

You will monitor accounts, perform health checks, and help customers optimize their use of the Adjust measurement platform, including data tooling and SDKs. Fluency in English and Turkish is preferred.

• Serve as technical contact for Adjust clients in the EMEA/MEA region.
• Help clients maximize product use and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide daily support, conduct check-in calls, and coordinate with global Support.
• Act as trusted advisor to ensure optimal use of measurement platform.
• Perform proactive health checks and monitor client accounts.
• Assist clients with setup validation and data/tooling troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Support to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues to engineers and suggest improvements.

As a Technical Account Manager for our EMEA, Middle East and North Africa region, you will be part of a team based in Berlin, Germany and work closely with several teams such as Sales and Integration, in addition to all other departments within Adjust. You are in charge of delivering exceptional customer experience. This plays a major part in your goal to address client issues quickly and help resolve it effectively, maintaining their satisfaction and trust.

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:

• Technical contact for your clients within Adjust
• Support your clients on how to best use the Adjust product and help them resolve any technical challenges
• Provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base
• Work with a global Support team
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to clients in the EMEA, Middle East, and North Africa region, ensuring optimal use of our measurement platform and services.
• Provide proactive account monitoring and technical health checks.
• Enable your client’s decision making and ensure they are set up for success by testing and validating their set-up
• Troubleshoot complex issues by using internal and external tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales and Support) to resolve customer issues and implement custom solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues directly to our engineers; provide ideas for optimization and improvement to the relevant teams.

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role in advertising technology
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
• Excellent project management skills and experience handling multiple high-profile accounts.
• An ability to break down complex topics in simple terms to ensure client understanding
• Validated ability to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge
• Experience in working with the terminal and data extraction, data transformation and data manipulation tools_._
• Experience using communication, productivity and collaboration apps like Salesforce, JIRA & Confluence, Asana, etc.
• App development experience, publishing apps to the stores, working with SDKs etc. is a plus
• Development experience, experience in building scripts and tooling (Python, Javascript, CSS, HTML,…) is a plus
• Willingness to travel (if applicable)
• Big Plus: Hands-on experience using data tools (SQL, Python, etc) and or experience with SDKs scripting
