Tesla Germany GmbH is seeking an Associate Systems Diagnostics Engineer to support residential energy products across Berlin and Amsterdam. You’ll troubleshoot medium-to-high complexity issues, collaborate with engineering and field teams, and work with power electronics and energy systems in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include a technical degree or 3+ years in technical support, strong Linux and scripting familiarity, and fluency in English and German.

These products are already deployed in over 40 countries, with fleets growing exponentially as more partners include them in their projects and installations. The Residential Systems Diagnostics Team uses critical thinking and deep product knowledge to deliver best-in-class, engineer-level support for Tesla’s residential storage and home charging products. As an Associate Systems Diagnostics Engineer, you’ll troubleshoot medium-to-high complexity technical issues, support internal engineering and field teams, and go deep on proprietary power electronics and energy systems. You thrive on challenging edge cases, balance detailed problem-solving with big-picture thinking, and excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This role is available in Amsterdam and Berlin.
