TeamViewer is seeking a technically skilled pre-sales professional to own deep expertise in IT and DEX, deliver tailored demos and workshops, and translate complex concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders. You will lead discovery, craft proposals, and guide pilots with hands-on support, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

• Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation.

• Own deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)
• Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
• Proven ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
