The firm advises founders, family-owned businesses, and mid-market corporates on sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth capital, and strategic transactions across Germany and Europe.

The platform is known for its hands‑on execution model, lean deal teams, and strong exposure to decision-makers. With an active pipeline and increasing transaction volumes in the €20–300m range, the firm is expanding its junior execution bench in Frankfurt.
