A leading biospecimens provider in Kassel is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage international training courses. You will be the main contact for all participants and support course logistics including travel arrangements and invoice processing. Candidates should have relevant training in commercial fields or natural sciences, and a strong proficiency in English. Qualifikationen

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage international training courses, including planning and execution
  • Serve as the main contact person for participants, consultants, customers, and trainers
  • Support in handling course data organization, and management of course requests
  • Support and coordinate travel arrangements for trainers, supporting staff, and participants
  • Process course-related invoices and payments
  • Support in preparing training materials such as certificates, USB sticks, and course folders
  • Support set up online training tool
Qualifications
  • Foreign language secretary or equivalent commercial training or equivalent qualifications or natural scientist (Bachelor / Diploma)
  • Background in natural sciences or in the field of project management is an advantage
  • Good English skills
  • Very good knowledge of computer systems
