Zusammenfassung

Helsing is seeking an Associate Programme Manager for the Land domain in Germany. You will own defined tasks from planning to delivery, build customer relationships, and drive programme tracking and risk management with minimal oversight.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvements in Helsing's programme management practice. Travel to partner locations and national security clearance are required where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Have supported or coordinated delivery workstreams within a defence, aerospace, automotive or engineering environment, taking ownership of defined tasks and managing them to completion independently
• Have built and maintained project tracking tools or risk registers and can produce clear, accurate status reports for programme leadership
• Can apply structured, best-in-class project management approaches and are committed to developing your practice, whether or not you hold a formal certification
• Communicate with full fluency in English and German (C1), written and spoken, and are comfortable navigating standard defence and procurement terminology
• Are willing to travel regularly to partner and customer locations and can meet all requirements for national security clearance under applicable law

The role

As Associate Programme Manager for Helsing's Land domain, you take ownership of broadly defined tasks within a programme, managing your workstream to completion with a high degree of independence. You build initial working-level relationships with customers within your area of responsibility and develop an internal network that allows you to draw on the right capabilities when needed. You apply structured, best-in-class project management approaches to track progress, surface issues and keep delivery on schedule, contributing meaningfully to some of Europe's most consequential defence technology programmes.
