Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Consultant to help leaders tackle strategic challenges by blending digital and human capabilities across industries in Germany and Austria.

You will lead end-to-end modules, work on ERP transformations, data platforms, and AI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or comparable platforms).
• Experience in technology or digital projects within a consulting firm.
• Experience in digital initiatives in corporate roles (e.g., business analyst, digital project lead).
• Experience in tech start-ups or scale-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Outstanding academic achievements (bachelor's or advanced degree).
• Broad skillset with passion for digital & technology; training available.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

We're Looking For Exceptional Talent From Consulting Or Industry With a Strong Focus On Technology, Digital Initiatives, Or Digital Strategy. Relevant Experience Could Include

• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or comparable platforms)
• Working on technology or digital projects at a consulting firm
• Supporting digital initiatives in corporate roles (e.g., business analyst, digital project lead)
• Contributing to projects in tech start-ups or scale-ups
• Roles in consulting-like industries (e.g., digital strategy, digital marketing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Outstanding academic achievements (bachelor's or advanced degree)
• A broad skillset and passion for digital & technology is important. You'll be supported by an extensive training curriculum (the same program as all BCG consultants), plus digital specific training and mentoring to help you broaden and deepen your skills
